This policy outlines how rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds are handled for Supreme Health consultations, coaching programs, and products. This is a general placeholder policy — please have it reviewed by legal counsel before publishing.
Free Consultations
Free consultations may be rescheduled or cancelled at no cost with reasonable advance notice.
Coaching Program Cancellations
Clients may cancel a coaching program within a set window of purchase for a full or partial refund, as communicated at the time of enrollment. After that window, refunds are evaluated case by case based on services already delivered.
Missed Sessions
Coaching sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited. We ask for as much notice as possible so sessions can be rescheduled.
Products
Physical products (tea, herbs, supplements) may be returned unopened within a reasonable period for a refund, minus shipping costs. Opened or used products are not eligible for return for health and safety reasons.
